The solenoid valve is used in the refrigerator refrigeration system to change the flow direction of the refrigerant and control the working state of different greenhouses. There are two types of solenoid valves used in life: monostable solenoid valves and bistable solenoid valves. There are certain differences between the two, and their corresponding functions in the freezer are also different.
1. Monostable solenoid valve
Function: When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the refrigerant is directly connected to outlet pipe A through the intake pipe. When the solenoid valve is electrified, outlet valve A is closed, and the intake pipe is connected to outlet pipe B for refrigerant conversion.
Features: The solenoid valve is directly connected to 220v alternating current, and the conduction of the solenoid valve is controlled through the drive circuit on the solenoid valve. Monostable solenoid valves consume more power than bistable solenoid valves.
2. Bistable solenoid valve monomer (two-position three-way solenoid valve bistable solenoid valve single two-position three-way solenoid valve)
Function: Send a positive pulse driving current to the electromagnetic coil through the main control board, and generate an instantaneous magnetic field on the electromagnetic coil. Keep the position of the valve core at the end of joint A, and the gasket A in the valve core seals the valve port A, thereby cutting off the pipeline connected to outlet pipe A. At this time, the inlet pipe and outlet pipe B keep the normal pulse normally connected.
When the main control board sends a negative pulse driving current to the electromagnetic coil, a reverse instantaneous magnetic field is generated on the electromagnetic coil, so that the position of the valve core is kept at the end of connector B, and the sealing gasket B in the valve core seals the valve port B, thereby cutting off the valve port B. The pipe to which outlet pipe B is connected. At this time, the inlet pipe and outlet pipe A keep the normal pulse normally connected.
Features: The bistable solenoid valve has the advantage of energy saving compared with the monostable solenoid valve. Since the bistable solenoid valve adopts a pulse drive circuit, the energy consumption of the solenoid valve is close to zero.
The improved four-position four-way solenoid valve is composed of two two-position three-way parallel combinations, which are mainly used in three-system refrigerators such as BCD-239K/A series refrigerators. The four-position four-way solenoid valve can deliver refrigerant to each greenhouse through the intake pipe according to the temperature requirements of different greenhouses.
Function: (composite type) When the refrigerator room needs to be turned on, the main control board outputs a negative pulse signal to the solenoid valve 1 and valve 2 at the same time, and the intake pipe is connected to the white refrigerated air outlet pipe. When the freezer room needs to be turned on, the main control board sends the valve 1 Output positive pulse signal, the intake pipe is directly connected to the red freezer pipe when the -7 degree room is required to be turned on, the main control board outputs a negative pulse signal to valve 1 and a positive pulse signal to valve 2, the intake pipe is connected to the yellow -7 degree Tube conducts.
