The DC refrigerator is a relatively traditional heat exchange method, which is a way to reduce the temperature of the evaporator by relying on the heat exchange on the inner wall of the refrigerator - the compressor runs. The evaporator is attached to the inner wall of the refrigerator and absorbs the heat in the refrigerator. The air-cooled refrigerators that have appeared in recent years mainly adopt a heat exchange method, relying on fans to blow cold air into the refrigerator, and at the same time drive out the hot air. It is the same as the direct cooling refrigerator, which reduces the temperature of the evaporator, but the difference is that the evaporator is not close to the inner wall of the refrigerator, but in a separate space. The temperature in this space is lowered by the evaporator, which is then blown into the refrigerator by the fan. What is the difference between the two?
1. Direct cooling:
The low-temperature natural convection on the surface of the evaporator reduces the temperature in the box, but the temperature is not uniform. It is more power-saving, and the effective volume is large under the same volume. The advantages of direct cooling technology are low manufacturing cost, good preservation effect and low power consumption, but non-drawer freezers sometimes require manual defrosting. The direct cooling type has low power consumption, low noise, low price, and refrigerated food preservation; slow speed and poor temperature uniformity.
2. Air-cooled:
The refrigerator with air-cooling technology does not need to be defrosted, and it is clean and refreshing. The automatic defrosting of the freezer compartment is low in humidity, and the cooling is uniform to achieve the effect of precise temperature control, and the food will not freeze together, which greatly reduces the phenomenon of mutual smell. Its shortcomings are that the air-cooling technology costs more and consumes more electricity; the food is easy to air-dry and dehydrate, and it is suitable for use in humid areas. The power consumption is higher than that of the direct cooling type, and the effective volume is small under the same volume. The air-cooled type has a fast freezing speed, no frost (automatic defrosting), food preservation, and good temperature uniformity; but it has high power consumption, high noise, and high price.
